Welcome to the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club Tri-State Conference web site. This site is for the members of the Blue Knights organization and the general public. The Blue Knights is an International organization broken down into eleven conferences with currently about 17,000 members in 600 chapters and 33 countries. Each Conference consists of 3 or more States and/or Countries. The club was founded in 1974 by a group of Law Enforcement officers from the State of Maine who enjoyed riding motorcycles and wanted to invite other like-minded officers to ride with them. Since that date, the club has grown International and new members continue to join daily.

The Tri-State Conference (TSC) covers the states of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and is the 2nd largest conference in the Blue Knights organization with approximately 1800 members. We currently have 60 chapters and 4 associate chapters within the Tri-State Conference. The Conference holds a Spring Presidents meeting and Fall Conference meeting each year. Both meetings are hosted by different chapters and the location is rotated between the states each year. The fall conference includes business meetings, tour rides, banquets, award presentations, dancing and fellow law enforcement officers just enjoying the camaraderie of each other. In addition to the two Conference meetings, individual chapters also hold their own events throughout the year. All chapter events are family oriented and you can travel to an event almost every weekend during the spring, summer and fall seasons.

The Conference publishes a ride schedule throughout the year with individual chapter rides and events for the entire year. It enables members to know well in advance what events they wish to attend, where they want to go at the last moment and even plan their vacations around. Check the Events page for the latest version of the Ride Schedule. The Conference also publishes a quarterly newsletter that is E-mailed to individual chapters, International elected officers and the other Conferences. Included with the newsletter are updates for chapters events. The newsletter keeps the members updated on what's going on in the organization. If you are a member of the Blue Knights and wish to subscribe to the newsletter, contact Tri-State Conference Secretary Joe DeFelice at bktscsec@gmail.com. An edited version of the newsletter is also posted on the Newsletter page of this site.
